Advise clients on land use entitlements and development approvals
Handle CEQA and environmental review process
Work on zoning, planning, and regulatory permitting issues
Support or lead land use litigation as needed
Assist with large-scale public and private development projects
2-5 years of legal experience
Strong background in California Environmental Quality Act
Knowledge of zoning, planning, and California land use law
Experience with regulatory permitting and environmental review
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
