Front Desk Agent – Hampton Inn by Hilton Wabash

Seasonal/Holiday Coverage | Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity

Hampton Inn by Hilton Wabash is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team! We are seeking someone to help provide seasonal and holiday coverage , with the opportunity for part-time to full-time hours depending on availability and hotel needs.

Our Front Desk Team plays an important role in creating a welcoming guest experience. This position involves more than checking guests in and out - you’ll assist with reservations, payments, guest concerns, hotel operations, and communication with other departments.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and complete check-ins and checkouts.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest accounts.
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions and requests.
• Address guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby.
• Follow hotel procedures for guest privacy, safety, security, and payments.
• Complete assigned operational duties and required Hilton training.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn hotel systems, procedures, and standards.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Previous hotel experience is not required! Customer service experience is a plus. Training will be provided.

A high school diploma or GED/equivalent is required.

Schedule & Availability

• Position: Seasonal/holiday coverage, part-time to full-time opportunities.
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Our hotel operates 24/7, 365 days, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility and reliable attendance are important. Hours and scheduling will depend on hotel needs and your availability.
