Job Title: MES Developer

Location: Whitakers NC- Onsite

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 6-12 Months

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Support and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing, analyzing the support tickets / issues.
\n
• Design and Develop plant specific MES functionalities using Apriso 2019.
\n
• Providing support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch in the Simulation or the Integration environment.
\n
• Raising a Problem report and change request for the issues raised by user if resolution of issue needs code change.
\n
• Collaborate with the other teams (BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ) in order to resolves issues when other systems are impacted, or other systems are impacting MES.
\n
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues. Providing resolution to users for the tickets/ issues.
\n
• MES configurations and HMI simulation.
\n
• MES to PLC integration Testing oTesting of new MES and PLC functionalities PLC to MES OPC configuration MES and PLC training to users
\n

Essential Skills:

MES development and support experience using Dassault Apriso 2019 Manufacturing domain experience

Skills: Delmia Apriso~PL/SQL

Experience Required: 4-6

Must Have: Delmia Apriso, PL SQL

Nice to Have: JavaScript, .Net

Is this role primarily focused on Apriso development, MES production support, MES/PLC integration, or a combination of all three? Please provide an approximate percentage breakdown.

50% Support, 30% MES -PLC/ERP Integration Testing, 20% Development & Enhancements
