Duties:
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive mattersHandle requests and queries appropriately
Maintain office supplies for multiple locations
Help executives with daily time management
Run errands as requested
Helping with owners 4-legged family members
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
Coordinate office events and engagements
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Assisting executive staff with any daily needs including non-traditional duties
Skills and Qualifications:
Written and verbal communication skills
Computer software skills including Microsoft Office
Organization skills
Time management skills
Office equipment maintenance
