Schedule: Night Shift; 6:45 PM 7:15 AM; 3x12-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nursery / NICU for a 13-week contract opportunity in Mount Vernon, Washington. This night-shift position supports neonatal and nursery nursing services and requires current neonatal-specific certifications.
The RN must be flexible to float between affiliated locations based on staffing and patient-care needs.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to assigned neonatal and nursery patients within demonstrated clinical competency.
Assess and monitor patients and promptly communicate significant changes in clinical condition.
Implement prescribed nursing interventions and support safe, patient-centered neonatal care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and float between affiliated locations as required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 Years of Recent Nursery, Neonatal, or NICU Registered Nurse Experience Required.
Current, Active Registered Nurse License Required; Applicable Washington Practice Requirements Must Be Met Before Start.
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification Required.
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Required.
Current STABLE Certification Required; Ability to Work 3x12-Hour Night Shifts and Float Between Affiliated Locations as Needed.
