We're looking for a Sales Leader who knows how to win complex enterprise deals, build executive relationships, and drive growth across the North American telecom market.
What we're looking for:
✔ 15–25 years of enterprise software sales experience
✔ Proven success selling Telecom Software, SaaS, AI, Digital Transformation, BSS/OSS, Customer Analytics, Customer Value Management (CVM), CPaaS, MarTech, or Digital Technologies
✔ Strong relationships with Tier-1 telecom operators, MVNOs, enterprises, and strategic partners
✔ Experience engaging C-level executives and driving complex, multi-million-dollar sales cycles
✔ Strong understanding of telecom business challenges, customer retention, revenue growth, and digital transformation
✔ Experience working with Systems Integrators (SI), channel partners, and alliance ecosystems

• Drive pipeline creation and new revenue across North America
• Win strategic enterprise accounts and expand existing customer relationships
• Position differentiated AI-led and digital transformation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Product, and Partner teams to build winning strategies
• Build trusted CXO relationships and negotiate high-value enterprise agreements
