*Be fluent in documenting all repairs performed.*
*Be willing or able to operate an iPad for documenting Work Orders.*
*Be able to perform thorough PM’s.*
*Be able to troubleshoot and repair transmission, driveline, and suspension components.*
*Have knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic air brake systems.*
*Possess a valid CDL.*
*Be self motivated, and willing to work.*
*Not required- Possess PA state inspection license (Class 7).*
*Summary*
As a Heavy Truck Mechanic, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your core skills in automotive diagnostics, air brake systems, and suspension repairs. Your premium experience with heavy equipment and fabrication will enhance our service capabilities. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service and mechanical knowledge will foster strong relationships with clients. *Responsibilities*
* Perform diagnostics to identify mechanical issues in heavy trucks and report to Service Manager.
* Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including brake repair and suspension work.
* Utilize hand tools and equipment for repairs and fabrication tasks.
* Provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly communicating repair needs and solutions.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. xhmxlyz
* Operate heavy equipment as needed and assist with various mechanical tasks.
* Perform diag and repairs on engines

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
